The South African Sugar Technologists’ Association hosted the XXVI International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists Congress in South Africa in July 2007.

This conference provided a wealth of opportunities for the South African Sugar Industry to interface with the International Sugar Community.

The ISSCT 2007 Congress was held at the world renowned International Convention Centre, in Durban.

Infowave exhibited and demonstrated its cutting edge technology and software developed specifically for the sugar industry. InfoWave was also pleased to present a paper on the Introduction of Laboratory Information Systems as an aid to managing factory processes.
