CaneLab includes the following modules:
Factory Laboratory
CaneLab Factory Laboratory module enhances the chemical control in the factory from the extraction plant to the molasses scales providing improved, accurate and reliable data. This software is suitable for both raw house and back end refineries, operating independently or as a unit. The standard analyses included in the package are ICUMSA approved and are as recommended by the South African Sugar Technology Association (SASTA), although the analyses are dynamically configurable to meet any test requirements.
Cane Testing
The CaneLab Cane Testing module makes it easy for the laboratory operators to do the right thing, and improves cane quality and equitable cane payments through an accurate and secure application that handles analyses and sampling reliably.
Weighbridge
Automatic recording of tonnages and loads in the CaneLab Weighbridge module ensures more accurate information is stored in the database. This, along with other cane delivery data captured into the system, is immediately available to cane supply management, providing improved control of the cane deliveries by grower, haulier or area. This allows deliveries to be more streamlined and accurately monitored.
Weighbridge Security & Access Control
InfoWave understands the importance and purpose of the weighbridge system to accurately weigh sugar or other products. Due to the financial impact of any inaccurate measurements it is imperative that the system is reliable, and that adequate security measures are in place to eliminate fraudulent or corrupt practices.
